Can’t believe it!

Finally got round to weighing myself yesterday and was slightly disappointed to see I had only lost just over 1.5 lb in weight :( it felt like a lot of work for a small loss. I know I haven’t actually been doing any exercises yet, so I guess it was diet alone. BUT it wasn’t until I was just about to drop off to sleep last night that I suddenly woke up with the realisation that I hadn’t been weighed in lbs but in kgs! SO I had actually lost over 1.5 kg, which is prolly about 3lbs!! Yayyy! :)
