*sigh*
February 8th, 2006 You wouldn’t BELIEVE the drama yesterday afternoon! I have a 16oz
bottle of Diamond Glaze, and have only used a fairly small amount of
it. I somehow managed to knock the bottle (with it’s cap on) off the
table and onto the floor - no biggie, right? WRONG! The cap broke off
the bottle and before my horrified eyes the Diamond Glaze started
glugging all over the floor! I did snap out of it long enough to pick
the bottle up and try to wipe up the mess from the floor before it
started drying, but I’m sure you can imagine it wasn’t particularly
easy from my chair! Needless to say, I no-longer have 16oz of DG but I did manage to rescue a small jar full.
WHY ME??
Last time it was a new jar of Golden’s black gesso, and that was just
before I went to bed and Miles spent an hour trying to clean up after
me - of course I managed to wheel my way though the gesso and all over
the room while trying to be helpful and get out of the way - at least
I didn’t do that with the DG! *sigh*
